How to search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
• The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
• The item you received was not as described.
• The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake
How can I register as seller in Eshopwonders?
Registration process is quite simple, clean and straight forward. Just send an email to onboarding@eshopwonders.com and our Experts would assist you on a hassle free onboarding steps. It would maximum take 15 minutes for you to become a seller.
What all Documents do I need to become a Seller?
No, registration is absolutely free of cost. At any point of time, Eshopwonders will not ask/demand any fee for selling with eshopwonders.
Is there any commission/transaction fee towards eshopwonders ?
Currently there are no transaction fee for any product sale via Eshopwonders. What you sell is what you get from Eshopwonders. Please read our online sale T&C from here for additional information regarding this topic.
How are the cancellations & Return policy handled?
Eshopwonders makes its best ability and action to satisfy both customer and Seller. Depending on the case, understanding the Root cause of Cancellations and return, actions are taken in such a way that both seller and customers are happy.
